Briana Paredes

Briana Paredes is the Executive Pastry Chef at Sabor Restaurant in Hotel Paso Del Norte, where she leads an all-female talented team to create exquisite pastries and breads for the hotel's restaurants and events. With a passion for blending Mexican and American flavors, Briana channels her creativity into delectable desserts.

Her culinary journey began with a love for art, chemistry, math, and food, leading her to earn an Associate of Arts degree in Pastry from El Paso Community College. Additionally, she has taken pastry courses in Mexico and Switzerland, further refining her skills, and worked at various El Paso restaurants, embracing local ingredients.

Briana is renowned for her imaginative desserts, including a life-sized Gingerbread House and authentic Mexican bread and desserts. Her commitment to her El Paso heritage inspires her to introduce innovative culinary experiences to her hometown.
