Chef Carlos Burciaga, hailing from Chihuahua, Mexico, joined Great American Hospitality in 2021. He initially worked at Great American Chihuahua from 2021 to 2023 before being invited last year to serve as Executive Sous Chef at Great American Hospitality in Ciudad Juarez, where he oversees some of the city's most iconic restaurants: Ardeo, Yoko, and Muzza.
With a passion for grilling and a meticulous attention to detail, Chef Carlos expertly crafts each dish to perfection. His extensive experience in preparing the finest cuts of beef ensures that every steak, from tender filets to juicy ribeyes, is cooked to precise specifications.
