Fero Ramos

Chef Fero Ramos launched his culinary career in 2010, gaining experience at esteemed establishments such as Café Central and Anson 11. He is currently an instructor at the Texas Culinary Institute, Sous Chef at the Plaza Pioneer Park, Chef/Owner of Private Chef on the Go LLC, and manages the kitchen at Silo Bar.

Ramos has traveled extensively to learn from and collaborate with renowned chefs in Mexico, including Luis Arellano, Enrique Olvera (Criollo, Oaxaca), Raul Ruiz (Casa Oaxaca), Matteo Salas, Israel Loyola (Jacinto 1930, San Miguel de Allende), and Chef Oscar Herrera. He has also worked at Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City and Chicago, including Contra (NY) and with Chef Carlos Gaytan at Ztuco (Chicago).

Fun Fact: Chef Fero is one of the original chefs involved in starting “One Region One Table” in 2017.
