Marc Rodriguez-O'Brien
As a kid Marc Rodriguez-O'Brien spent most of his time in the kitchen with his grandmother, as he grew older his interest in food grew with him and he found himself in culinary school. After 2 years at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder Colorado he began his career path. Arriving back in El Paso, he worked at 1700° Steakhouse as a Sous chef for two years honing his passion. He is currently the Executive Chef at Las Palmas Medical Center and strives to make a difference in people's lives every day.
